Description
The Senior Incentive Strategy & Analytics Manager will lead compensation & sales performance initiatives for the Wealth organization and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure incentive plans are aligned to the business strategy. The Senior Manager supports the design, development, implementation, administration, communication and analysis of incentive plans while working in partnership with stakeholders and business control partners across Human Resources, Rewards, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Additionally, the Senior Manager supports the design, development and implementation of actionable sales performance management analytics.
- Lead design of incentive plans, aligning with business strategy, partnering with cross functional team
- Lead incentive administration processes, ensuring strong controls and low to no errors
- Oversee monthly analysis of plan performance, forecasted performance and economic value created by plans
- Partner with goal setting team (where applicable), integrating into incentive plans and modeling and forecasting impacts to plans
- Oversee sales performance management analytics and reporting teams (where applicable) to develop dashboards for performance reporting, cohort analysis and predictive analytics
- Recommend quality improvements, system enhancements and ways to streamline operational processes
- Partner with business to roll out incentive plan changes annually, communicating why behind changes and linking back to business strategy
- Oversee updates to legal plan documents and applicable governance materials
- Develop proactive relationships with stakeholders and business control partners.
- 7+ years of experience in incentive plans including managing a team
- Financial services experience – Wealth business experience and broad knowledge of banking/financial products
- Subject matter expertise in incentive compensation programs – designing and administering
- High level of demonstrated analytical skills, interpersonal, oral and written communications skills and strong presentation skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Results‑oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements & strategy
- Strong MS Office skills – including Advanced Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with Varicent ICM, Sales Force, and Tableau dashboard report a plus
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule:
8:30 – 5:00, Monday – Friday

Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $168,000 – $228,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
