Industrial Laborer; Team

The Industrial Laborer is responsible for ensuring that industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and food processing plants, are clean, sanitized, and free of contaminants.

Monday to Friday and some weekends (various shifts)

• Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and other surfaces using Plant approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Disposing of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with Plant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment used in the production process, such as motors, pipes, conduits, as well as stairs and cat walks.
• Conducting routine inspections of the facility to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
• Communicating with other employees to ensure that cleaning schedules are coordinated with production schedules.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to management.
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

• Experience in cleaning or sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail,
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of position to include standing, bending, kneeling, fitting in to tight spaces, climbing stairs/ladders and heights.
