One of our clients in the insurance industry is looking to hire a GenAI Engineer IV to join their enterprise Innovation Analytics & AI team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to shape AI strategy, architecture, and delivery at scale using the latest in LLMs, multi‑modal models, and Azure-native tooling.

• Lead strategy, architecture, and implementation of scalable Generative AI solutions
• Build cloud‑native architectures and advanced RAG workflows
• Integrate structured and unstructured data into secure, scalable AI systems
• Develop data pipelines and agentic AI frameworks using Azure and open‑source tools
• Define test automation strategies and observability metrics (App Insights, Dynatrace)
• Partner with Solution Architects on security, APIs, architecture, and automation
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead internal learning forums
• Drive innovation, set strategic objectives, and influence enterprise AI direction

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in AI engineering with deep GenAI and cloud architecture expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Python, .NET, C#
• Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama2, GPT‑4) and multi‑modal models
• Expertise with GenAI tools
• Experience with cloud‑native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and API development
• Strong CI/CD, automated testing, and observability knowledge
• Background in ethical AI (bias detection, hallucination analysis, benchmarking)
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and enterprise‑scale delivery experience
