Overview
Health, Wellness and Benefits Manager are seeking a Benefits and Well-being Manager who combines expertise in employee benefits administration with a passion for holistic health and wellness programs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can connect benefits offerings to broader well-being outcomes, leveraging data and technology to enhance the colleague experience and support organizational goals. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day benefits operations including compliance, vendor relations, and colleague inquiries and escalations while designing and delivering impactful wellness initiatives that address physical, emotional, and financial health.
This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data, and proficiency with HRIS systems and AI tools to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

- Experience with benefits administration platforms, data visualization tools, and HRIS systems.
- Understanding of global benefits operations and compliance, particularly in India
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other intelligent platforms, to streamline benefits administration, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve employee experience.
- Manage day-to-day benefits operations including compliance, vendor relations, and colleague inquiries and escalations.
- Design and deliver wellness initiatives that address physical, emotional, and financial health.
- Interpret complex data and leverage HRIS systems and AI tools to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day benefit administration processes including eligibility files, benefit case management, annual benefits enrollment preparation, testing, and communications.
- Assist with colleague inquiries, new hire orientations, and specific business line benefit requests.
- Maintain and update Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and Summary of Benefits and Coverages (SBCs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, L&D, DEI, Properties, Events, Health and Safety, amongst others) and external vendors to deliver impactful benefits and well-being initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations; support ACA reporting and non-discrimination testing.
- Monitor vendor performance and participate in the RFP process.
- Interpret claims data, colleague benefits and well-being engagement metrics, and vendor performance indicators to support strategic decision-making; support audits involving healthcare costs and claims data.
- Support benchmarking efforts to evaluate existing plans to identify cost-effective enhancements; participate in financial analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required. - Experience:
Previous experience in health and welfare benefits administration; experience with outsourced benefits vendors and HRIS systems (Oracle and UKG). - Skills:
Strong knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- 40+ hours
- 4 days a week in office, 1 day remote
The salary range for this position is $ - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
