Position: People Analytics Manager

The People Analytics Manager is a key leadership role in the HR Data & Innovation organization. You will be primarily responsible for contributing to and implementing the vision, strategy, and operation of the people analytics function. This includes implementing our multi-year people analytics roadmap, HR data governance roadmap, and developing a roadmap to operationalize enterprise workforce planning. Additionally, the person going into this role will use their strong data analytics skills to identify and provide key insights and recommendations around organizational effectiveness, hiring and attrition, internal mobility, workforce and talent planning, diversity & inclusion, retention, and other workforce-related opportunities.

This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Johnston, RI and requires a 50% in-office work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal consultant for HR leadership, business units, and key organization collaborators on people analytics related matters.
  • Support the business unit operational review process through production and analysis of workforce related dashboards, insights, and supporting data.
  • Support larger HR initiatives, such as succession planning, using data visualization, statistical analysis, and other techniques to provide insights into the underlying data, enabling collaborators to make informed decisions based on evidence.
  • Perform analysis of relevant HR metrics, internal and external labor market, uncover trends in the data, and proactively share with appropriate stakeholders. This may involve creating ad-hoc dashboards in Power

    BI or using other statistical tools.
  • Oversee predictive models on attrition, internal movement, and future workforce demand, uncovering new information and generating insights, and educate and communicate insights to team members.
  • Drive adoption and usage of people analytics solutions and upskill users on analytics & data acuity.
  • Ensure privacy and data protection protocols are followed and designed into our processes, including methods of sharing, storing, managing access to dashboards, and purging as appropriate.
  • Manage HR analytics system and vendor relationships, define requirements for future enhancements, manage system roles and access, and future data sources feeding into the data warehouse.
  • As the role matures, may oversee enterprise workforce planning operations and/or HR reporting.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, statistics, operations, or a related field, or related work experience.
    • Master’s degree in one of the above areas preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in metrics reporting and analysis.
    • HR or HRIS experience preferred.

    The hiring range for this position is $110,900 to $159,400. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
