The People Analytics Manager is a key leadership role in the HR Data & Innovation organization. You will be primarily responsible for contributing to and implementing the vision, strategy, and operation of the people analytics function. This includes implementing our multi-year people analytics roadmap, HR data governance roadmap, and developing a roadmap to operationalize enterprise workforce planning. Additionally, the person going into this role will use their strong data analytics skills to identify and provide key insights and recommendations around organizational effectiveness, hiring and attrition, internal mobility, workforce and talent planning, diversity & inclusion, retention, and other workforce-related opportunities.
This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Johnston, RI and requires a 50% in-office work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesBI or using other statistical tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, statistics, operations, or a related field, or related work experience.
- Master’s degree in one of the above areas preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in metrics reporting and analysis.
- HR or HRIS experience preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $110,900 to $159,400. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
