Title: Project Analyst
Location: Johnston, RI
Pay rate: $35/hr

Description:

• As the Project Analyst, under direct supervision of the Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing work with a limited degree of supervision, that includes providing project management support, and assistance in all aspects of projects analysis and delivery.
• Additionally, you will be likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience, and will be asked to provide solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures

• The incumbent in this role, is responsible for utilizing specialized skills acquired by a considerable amount of on the job the experience.
• The incumbent is responsible for project planning support, which may include assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for corporate function projects.
• Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for data analysis and reporting, which may entail preparing reports and presentations summarizing project metrics, trends, and insights.
• Stakeholder collaboration is another responsibility of the incumbent, which includes facilitating communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• In addition to project planning support, data analysis and reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, the incumbent is also responsible for documentation and record keeping.
• Documentation and record keeping, includes organizing and managing project files and records for easy access and reference.
• Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for project coordination and support, which entails, supporting project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• It is important to note, that the incumbent is more than likely responsible for completing these tasks with a limited degree of supervision.
