The Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I at Encompass Health will support therapy teams in delivering exceptional patient care. You will set up equipment, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate closely with therapists and nurses.

• Support therapists’ daily patient care and therapy activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the health‑care team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient‑centered treatment.
• Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule.
• Communicate to therapists outcomes/observations of patient care activities.

• CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completed the required elements for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training.
