>SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Director provides comprehensive clinical services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This includes the evaluation and treatment of patients presenting with a wide range of psychiatric and physical/environmental stressors using a full range of psychiatric therapeutic interventions, including evaluations, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. This individual also reports to the Director regarding professional standards, regulatory and licensing requirements, credentials/privileges, and continuing education.

- Provide individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and mental health evaluations.
- Participate in treatment planning to set therapeutic goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Execute treatment plan goals pertaining to the therapeutic aspects of patient/family care.
- Complete all required documentation in a professional and timely manner, as assigned.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families/guardians regarding diagnosis, treatment interventions and recommendations.
- Manage clinical case coordination with the multidisciplinary team and community supports.
- Participate in service-related meetings, including team meetings, clinical conferences, staff meetings and in-service sessions.
- Attend supervision as required.
- May provide supervision of social work/counseling students, as assigned, ensuring reliable, high-quality supervision.
- Masters’ degree in any human services field required (e.g., social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology).
- Current independent license from State of Rhode Island required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Demated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients throughout the life span with consideration of aging processes, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.
- Significant experience and/or training with children, adolescents, and families.
$66,397.24-$
