Education Required
High School Diploma or GED
Work Schedule8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
3+ Months of contract role
Commercial loan operations, loan closing, mortgage processing, or paralegal-style documentation review
Key Responsibilities- Review and/or create commercial loan documentation
- Analyze loan agreements and supporting internal documents
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Credit teams after loan approval
- Ensure documentation accuracy prior to closing
- Set up and process loan documents post-closing
- Manage approximately 5–30 transactions per week (average 5–10 closings weekly)
- Maintain compliance with internal documentation standards and processes
- Commercial loan experience (strongly preferred)
- Loan closing or mortgage operations background
- Experience reviewing loan agreements and legal documentation
- Paralegal-style document review experience is highly valued
- Operational banking background (not sales/origination)
