Description
The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is seeking an Early Life-cycle Manager (ELM) specialized in strengthening our Base Building Qualification processes.

The Base Building ELM Project Manager supports the construction phases, equipment installation, and data‑driven root‑cause analysis to generate improvements for future launches and retrofits across Europe. This role includes a travel requirement both domestic and internationally up to 40% of the time.
Key job responsibilities- Manage projects and initiatives, provide progress reports and KPIs for significant milestones, and mitigate conditions affecting project cost or schedule.
- Lead installation and operation quality inspections and equipment commissioning for base building equipment to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead RME input for development of Building template specifications and site‑specific composites.
- Lead continuous improvement for all new buildings, including cross‑functional collaboration with design, construction, change management, and procurement.
- Support construction and launch execution teams, leveraging discussions with vendors and other department representatives.
- Integrate RME policies and deliverables into launch plans and provide guidance to cascade these into designs, contracts, and commissioning phases.
- Capture lessons‑learned and develop/execute action plans to improve quality or efficiency of new facility launches.
- Specify and coordinate standards and deliverables for new equipment being turned over to RME.
- Understand the anticipated life cycle cost based on initial design and planned design improvements.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
- Experience working with and managing third‑party vendors.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
