Description
As the College Partnership Account Executive, you will work to communicate the effectiveness and value of College Raptor’s suite of enrollment services to prospective campus clients. These services include a next-generation net price calculator, Insight
FA®, Finance First®, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging, and student lead generation services. You will also work a designated list of prospective clients. The professional activities include lead generation, online demonstrations, conference exhibiting, on‑campus presentations, and formal proposals. The position will require up to 50% travel.
Additionally, you will serve as a project manager and implementation lead for the enrollment services that are sold, requiring ongoing communication with the campus enrollment staff and College Raptor implementation team members to construct and continuously ensure successful deliverables to clients.
Primary responsibilities include
- Communication with prospective clients to build a sales funnel from prospecting through closing the sale.
- Work with clients and internal support staff to implement products and services.
- Track sales funnel progression and collaborate with colleagues in the sales team.
- Enhance current products and services and assist in the development of new enrollment services.
- Demonstrated success in enrollment management leadership (Director or Vice President level) within admissions, financial aid, or enrollment management at an accredited higher education institution and/or higher education consulting firm
- Experience selling, implementing, or supporting higher education software or data-driven enrollment services, with ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Proven success in client-facing, consultative roles, including needs assessment, solution positioning, and executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations across admissions, financial aid, institutional research, and IT teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong expertise in analyzing enrollment and financial aid data, translating insights into actionable strategies for institutional leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule:
8 am - 5 pm but will vary due to travel and job requirements
