Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
Summer Temporary Position
June 1st through the end of August. This role is a summer temporary position aimed at helping our Lending team promote Student Lending products. You will assist with inbound calls, manage application volume, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to customers to inform them of our product.
- Handle incoming calls and provide guidance.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers already in process.
- Handle between 50-70 calls per day.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Previous Sales or Call Center experience is a plus.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and high energy level.
- "Can-do Attitude" and the ability to think "Outside the Box".
- Team player; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and share new concepts quickly.
- Ability to articulate what we have to offer our existing or potential customers.

Hours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40.
Work Hours:
Mon‑Fri 8:00 am‑9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (Johnston, RI).
