Duration: 4+ months

• Manage daily ACH origination and receipt processes, ensuring timely and accurate transmission of files.
• Provide administrative support for both ODFI and RDFI functions.
• Assist Citizens Corporate Customers and internal splend sir via phone and email, delivering effective communication and support.
• Research and resolve ACH account inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs tied to NACHA.
• Support the team in meeting daily and monthly deadlines, prioritizing tasks efficiently.

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial operations or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Outlook and familiarity with financial systems and products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong time‑ teilnehmen skills.
