The Inpatient Supervisor is a night-shift leader supporting safe, compassionate, and high-quality pediatric care across multiple inpatient units.
This full-time role (6 pm-6 am, flexible hours) offers 36-40 hours weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement match, and generous PTO.
Key Responsibilities Include- Leading and coordinating care plans with care teams, children, and families
- Ensuring safe, consistent clinical care aligned with best practices
- Managing staff scheduling, supervision, and performance feedback
- Addressing family and staff concerns professionally
- Building team communication and serving as on-call support when needed
- Supporting staff development and collaborating on care and workflow improvements
Requirements include an RN license in Iowa, with preferred pediatric or complex medical experience, certifications, and BLS. Must be physically able to lift 35 lbs and communicate effectively.
