McDonald's - Up to $85000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to consistently deliver strong operations and profitability;
Coach and support managers with goal setting, progress tracking, and performance feedback;
Ensure strict adherence to McDonalds QSC standards and all food safety regulations set by McDonalds and the State Health Department;
Conduct weekly team meetings to review department performance, identify opportunities, and share updates;
Manage and analyze the restaurants P&L to achieve monthly financial targets
