We are looking for a Managing Trademark Attorney to join Law on Call. You’ll lead a team of trademark attorneys and support staff while helping companies of all shapes and sizes protect their IP.

• Manage trademark attorneys and support staff
• Provide legal advice and representation to trademark clients
• Answer client phone calls and provide legal advice
• Respond to legal requests and questions quickly and courteously
• Build relationships with clients
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients or practice areas
• Be flexible and take initiative to help support other areas of the business as needed
• Act with integrity, demonstrating honesty, transparency, positivity, and trust
• Adaptable and willing to flex with changes, promote positive change management, and help drive company initiatives
• A high threshold for navigating ambiguity while developing, implementing, and maintaining process improvements through growth and change

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• 7 years practicing law
• 4 years of experience managing trademark attorneys and support staff
• Licensed to practice law in at least one US Jurisdiction
• Demonstrated expertise in legal compliance and ethics
• Legal experience and expertise in intellectual property matters, especially trademarks
• Growth-minded, comfortable working closely and collaboratively with team members, and able to delegate work
• Detail oriented

• 10+ years practicing law
• 7 years of experience managing trademark attorneys and support staff
• Licensed to practice law in Utah
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona
• Experience with the Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS)
