The Graphic Designer at Merit Management Group supports the creative execution of marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands. This role offers an agency‑style environment with a wide variety of projects, and the opportunity to apply your creative skills across multiple industries.

You will collaborate closely with marketing account managers and content specialists to design high‑quality visual assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals. Projects range from digital ads and social media graphics to print materials and brand collateral, giving you exposure to different formats, audiences, and creative challenges.

This role is well suited for a detail‑oriented designer who enjoys variety, works well in a collaborative setting, and is excited to grow in a dynamic, in‑house creative team.

• Design marketing assets across digital and print channels, including social media graphics, email visuals, ads, flyers, brochures, and signage
• Support brand consistency by following established brand guidelines across multiple portfolio companies
• Collaborate with marketing account managers and content team to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed
• Assist with maintaining organized design files and asset libraries
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to marketing and branding

• Two years of professional graphic design experience (corporate, agency, or freelance)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
• Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and apply it effectively
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience designing for marketing or business‑focused projects preferred
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising formats is a plus
