Reports To:
Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects. Consult with Project Managers regarding same. Maintain relationship with architects and subcontractors. Accept other responsibilities as assigned by the supervising Project Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Work on multiple projects and/or for multiple Project Managers.
* Maintain log for submittals, Request for Information (RFI's), and other
project related correspondence
* Assist in organizing work relating to specific project deadlines
* Create job files and folders
* Copy plans
2. Assist with collection of data as required for timely response to Owner, Architects, and Subcontractors questions.
* Update Owner and Subcontractor change order lists
* Process and track submittals
* Assist with updating schedules and distribute to Subcontractors and Suppliers
3. Assist Project Managers and Field Superintendents with collection and maintenance of records.
* Maintain, monitor, and organize project records
* Attend project meetings as needed; record and distribute minutes for
meetings
* Distribution, collection, and maintenance of records related to project safety
training and site inspections
* Maintain MSDS manuals
4. Always present self in a professional manner that enhances the reputation of Hansen Company
* Attend scheduled staff meetings
5. As needed, provide coordinator duties to estimating, project closeout and marketing functions.
Knowledge/Experience Demonstrated knowledge of construction materials and methods, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals required. Utilizes effective record keeping and document management skills. Maintain essential knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage Timberline PJ computer software programs. Provide excellent customer and personal service skills.
Compensation salary will be offered based on experience and skillset.
