You’ll get real responsibility—without being set up to fail.
What You’ll Be Working OnPreventative maintenance on commercial fleet vehicles
Assisting with diagnostics and repairs on light, medium & heavy-duty trucks
Brake systems, steering components, filters, fluids & engine accessories
Learning advanced diagnostics on late-model trucks
Using diagnostic equipment and following proper inspection procedures
3+ years of diesel or mechanical experience OR completion of diesel school
Solid mechanical fundamentals and willingness to learn
Safety-conscious, reliable, and team-oriented
High school diploma or GED
Ase certifications or Class B CDL — a plus, not required
