• Complex troubleshooting across engine, electrical & drivetrain systems

• Preventative maintenance leadership for commercial fleets

• $35–$50/hr based on mastery, certifications & diagnostic strength

• 20–30% above industry-average compensation for elite diesel techs

This is a shop where your opinion matters and your experience drives decisions.

• 10+ years of diesel experience or equivalent technical education

• Proven diagnostic ability on modern truck platforms

• ASE Master Certification strongly preferred

• Class B CDL preferred

• Professional, safety-driven, mentor-minded
