Complex troubleshooting across engine, electrical & drivetrain systems
Preventative maintenance leadership for commercial fleets
High-level repair work—done right the first time
$35–$50/hr based on mastery, certifications & diagnostic strength
20–30% above industry-average compensation for elite diesel techs

Who We’re Looking For10+ years of diesel experience or equivalent technical education
Proven diagnostic ability on modern truck platforms
ASE Master Certification strongly preferred
Class B CDL preferred
