Position SummaryWe are hiring a Mitigation & Logistics Technician to join our growing restoration team. This role combines material transport, job site support, mitigation work, and general labor. You’ll help drive efficiency and progress on jobs by ensuring materials, tools, and labor are exactly where they need to be — when they need to be there.

Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver materials to and from job sites
- Operate dump trailers, deliver debris to designated disposal locations
- Assist with water damage mitigation (crawlspaces, equipment setup, drying documentation)
- Perform demolition and debris removal as needed
- Support team with hands‑on labor at various stages of restoration projects
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Technicians, and Coordinators
- Follow directions while thinking critically to solve problems on the fly
- Ensure trucks, trailers, tools, and materials are stocked and organized
- Valid driver’s license with clean record (trailer towing experience a plus)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable in crawlspaces, on ladders, and around construction environments
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work in emergency or after‑hours situations when needed
- Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and think independently

- Previous restoration, construction, or skilled labor experience
- Experience with mitigation equipment (drying, extraction, containment)
- Familiarity with demo tools, trailers, or field logistics
- Bonus: IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certification (WRT)
