Position Overview Are you ready to take on a hands-on role where every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference? As a Water, Fire & Mold Restoration/Mitigation Specialist – Skilled Laborer, you will be on the front lines of restoring properties affected by water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. Your expertise and dedication will bring comfort and relief to clients in need.

What You’ll Do

• Restore and rebuild:
  Assess damage caused by water, fire, and mold, and execute restoration plans to bring properties back to life.
• Skilled labor tasks:
  Use your expertise in demolition, carpentry, and repairs to perform high-quality work.
• Operate specialized equipment:
  Handle tools for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to ensure top-tier results.
• Document and report:
  Track progress, maintain detailed records, and ensure transparency throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the team:
  Work alongside skilled professionals to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Deliver exceptional service:
  Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns with empathy.
• Safety first:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, or skilled labor is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in carpentry, repairs, and demolition; certifications in mitigation are a plus.
• Customer focus: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and communication.
• Problem-solving:
