Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties.
- Manage hybrid relationships through in-person and virtual engagement, leveraging modern ways of working to maximize efficiency.
- Effectively call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
- Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies and capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
- Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience.
- Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Business acumen, familiarity with clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
- Ability to work with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva).
- Independent and capable of working within a team.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.

- Competitive compensation package with annual bonus based on company performance.
