Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) – Sally Beauty

We are seeking a passionate and talented Beauty Advisor to join our team. As part of the largest hair and beauty supplier worldwide, you will empower customers through exceptional service and expert product guidance.

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Enrol customers in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate the Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• Experience in beauty retail or relevant customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for beauty products.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on a ladder if necessary.
• Exposure to fumes and odors acceptable.

The role requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
