Sales Associate – Kirkland's Home – Part Time

Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer utilizing Kirkland’s customer service model while assisting with all aspects of operations and merchandising. Sales Associates drive sales growth through selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and cleaning. Customer service is always top priority.

• Support and value customer service in store and online shipping.
• Actively engage with all customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond appropriately.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise assortment to build the basket.
• Support the company’s branding at all times by treating all customers and coworkers respectfully and professionally.
• Achieve or exceed goals associated with company initiatives and programs.
• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise safely, timely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing and accuracy of inventory levels.

• Stand and move around the store for prolonged periods.
• Communicate with customers in person, electronically, and telephonically.
• Move merchandise 50 pounds or more between the stockroom and sales floor.
• Operate a Point of Sale system, registers and handheld devices efficiently and accurately.
