Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is hiring a Full-Time Attendant to join our mission-driven team!

What You’ll Do- Greet donors with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with unloading donated items and issuing donation receipts
- Sort donations by category and prepare items for transport
- Help load and unload trucks as needed
- Keep donation sites clean, safe, and organized
- Maintain accurate daily donor records
- Promote and follow safe work practices and all company policies
- Support team goals through cooperation and positive communication
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and use good judgment
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to take initiative
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of work history preferred
- A positive, can-do attitude and a heart for service
