National Site Manager / Field Supervisor (m/f/d)

Installation Projects – U.S. & International Travel

To strengthen our installation teams, we are looking for an experienced National Site Manager / Field Supervisor for construction sites across the United States and abroad. This position requires a high willingness to travel.

Your Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate construction and installation projects in close cooperation with clients and their project management teams
  • Lead, instruct, and support on-site installation crews
  • Take full responsibility for project schedules, deadlines, and cost control
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
  • Monitor occupational safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in steel construction; high-bay racking or warehouse construction experience is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or organizational role within the construction or installation sector
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Assertive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident in reading technical drawings
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Driver’s license required
