Miller Crest Apartments is hiring a Housekeeper to help keep our well-established apartment community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready for residents. - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and amenity spaces
- Restock and manage custodial supplies and cleaning equipment
- Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas
- Provide prompt, professional service to residents and onsite staff
- Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing safety guidelines and procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (multifamily, hotel, or commercial a plus)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk the property and work outdoors as needed
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working around cleaning supplies, equipment, and related environmental elements
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
