• Active TN State Bar member
• At least 0-1 years of experience
• Interested in Real Estate or Estate Planning
• Medicaid Planning experience a plus
• Practice area primarily involves Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Law, Elder Law & Special Needs Law, and Probate work
