We serve clients by acting as their independent advisor and broker for products in life insurance, health insurance, retirement, annuities, Medicare, senior benefits, and more. About the Life Insurance Agent Position

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and assist with managing our business development activities. Your duties will include finding new clients, promoting, and selling the company's insurance plans. You should efficiently build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure the stability of the company’s revenues and growth.

Responsibilities of the Insurance Agent include:

  • Face-to-face interactions with clients
  • Consulting clients on appropriate risk management strategies
  • Developing effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients
  • Exploring the needs of business or individual customers and proposing suitable plans or services
  • Finding opportunities and building relationships with potential customers through networking, cold calling, and other methods
  • Reviewing insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing regular reviews of progress and presenting them to interested parties
  • Organizing bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
  • Meeting goals for acquiring new clients and selling insurance products and services
  • Staying informed about market trends and updates in insurance products and services
  • Following company policies and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Requirements for the Insurance Agent position include:

  • Life/Health Insurance License preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships
  • Experience with various insurance plans such as automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc., is a plus
  • Good knowledge of computers and statistical methods
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Results-driven and capable of working independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications or degrees are preferred
