American House Senior Living Communities - - - Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and establish rapport with residents;
Assist residents in activities of daily living (ambulation, transferring, showering, personal hygiene, incontinence care, feeding);
Conduct activities with residents in groups or one-on-one and assist in daily tasks;
Report changes in residents' psychosocial and physical condition to Wellness Director and report complaints/abuse;
Complete documentation and participate in mandatory trainings and safety procedures
