Overview

ETSQuillen College of Medicine invites board-certified/board-eligible Hematologists/Oncologists to join our Regional Cancer Center in Johnson City, TN. As a Clinical Academic Hematologist/Oncologist at ETSU, you will deliver comprehensive care, contribute to research, and educate future healthcare professionals in hematology/oncology. This outpatient-focused position follows a 4-day schedule, with one day reserved for protected administrative time. Inpatient responsibility is shared amongst partners, with each physician covering one week at a time.

Hematologists/Oncologists play a significant role in improving the healthcare landscape of our community, with a substantial need for expertise in this region. Collaborate with the Department of Internal Medicine and other clinical faculty to deliver comprehensive patient care and participate in teaching and mentorship.

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS/DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Hem/Onc.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in medical education (preferred).
• Commitment to teaching and mentorship (preferred).
