Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Basic technical knowledge or aptitude
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with software/hardware operations
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Answer incoming calls and emails, following up on previous customer issues.
• Document call details, installation notes, and product information.
• Research product/part information and maintain records using web-based systems.
• Make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment.
