Superintendent – Tri-Cities TN

Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site compliance
  • Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Superintendent Preferred Background & Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Superintendent Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide full on-site supervision and coordination for commercial construction projects
  • Plan, schedule, and direct daily field activities to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs, and quality standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Lead preconstruction meetings, coordination meetings, and daily huddles
  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, quantity tracking, and site documentation
  • Ensure project compliance with OSHA safety requirements and company policies
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
  • Mentor field staff and support ongoing team development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
