• Demonstrates a commitment to preparing a high quality product with timely preparation, aware of deadlines
• Demonstrate an understanding of fundamental principles of tax law and standardized tax preparation procedures
• Provide Accounting related Consulting Services to clients
• Communicate with Co-Workers, Management, Clients & Others in a courteous and professional manner
• Conform with and abide by all Firm, Federal & State Regulations, Policies, Work Procedures & Instructions
• Demonstrate an understanding of simple financial statements and general accounting
• Exhibit an understanding and proficiency in multiple levels of tax reporting, i.e. (sales, payroll, business, etc.)
• Exhibit an understanding of the various software utilized in the Tax Department
• Ability to prepare a complete and organized work paper file
• Obtain Quick Books Online certification

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years Tax experience, preferably in public accounting
