Required Skills:

• Valid Medical License to practice in New York State
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
• Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and hospitalist services
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior locum or temporary hospitalist experience
• Knowledge of current obstetrics guidelines and best practices
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years of OB hospitalist experience
• Active New York State medical license; willingness to obtain any necessary temporary and long-term credentials

Other Requirements:

• Availability starting from December 31, 2025
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
