Pilates Reformer Instructor $45 per Class, Part-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pilates Instructor for our Studio program. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Pilates classes and private sessions and ensuring the continued success of our Pilates program.

• Use Mind Body software to monitor classes and communicate with members
• Collaborate with the management team to promote the Pilates program and drive client engagement
• Design and lead Pilates classes for clients of all levels (classes have maximum of 4 participants)
• Coordinate and instruct one on one private, duets and small groups with excellence
• Provide individualized attention and guidance to members to help them improve their Pilates practice

• 200-500 hour Certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Polestar Pilates)
• Three years' experience as a Pilates instructor, with expertise in teaching equipment-based Pilates classes
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients and team members
• Proficient knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise physiology

• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay for working on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
