Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T0749) rting hourly rate: $15.75 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to remain focused and organized to complete tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; scan, move, and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile for the duration of shift.
