Allstate Insurance Customer service agent Immediate Opening:

This position has the potential to move up to Sales Agent.
• Eligible for commission/bonus

Responsibilities- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions for customers
- Look for opportunities to cross-sell
- Increase customer retention
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Must have P&C license
- Allstate experience is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
