We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Lawson and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to join our innovative team. In this role, you will drive the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. Your energetic approach will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with business units (Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Transportation) to gather and document requirements.
• Support and enhance Lawson ERP modules (Financials, Supply Chain, HR, or related areas).
• Analyze and optimize CRM workflows tied to transportation operations.
• Translate business processes into functional specifications.
• Support system configuration, testing, and validation (UAT coordination).
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with application support teams.
• Document current and future-state process flows.
• Ensure system solutions align with transportation/logistics workflows.
• Support integration points between Lawson, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist with reporting, data validation, and process improvements.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise application environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Lawson ERP (Infor Lawson preferred).
• CRM system experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platform).
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, LTL, or warehousing industry.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows in transportation environments.
• Experience leading requirements sessions and documentation (BRD, FRD, process maps).
• Experience supporting UAT and production troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with linked data concepts and data analysis techniques to support strategic decision-making.
