ResponsibilitiesOperate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic images of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology, or ARMRIT (MR) registry, or ARRT (MR) registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
PREFERRED
- Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR).
- One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
- One (1) year of training and experience in Special Procedures or Computed Tomography.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
- Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
