Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter – Strategic Growth Role

Johns Creek Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter to help strategically grow and scale our producing Loan Officer team.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. This is a high-impact position working directly with executive leadership to intentionally expand our footprint by attracting high-performing, producing Loan Officers.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Mortgage Loan Officers
• Proactively source and engage producing LOs in competitive markets
• Evaluate production reports and align recruiting with growth goals
• Represent Johns Creek Mortgage professionally in the marketplace
• Partner directly with leadership on expansion strategy
• Build long-term relationships within the mortgage industry

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting producing Loan Officers
• Strong understanding of LO compensation structures
• Knowledge of NMLS licensing requirements
• Confident communicator comfortable discussing production and transition strategy
• Strategic, self-driven, and growth-oriented

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting in Georgia or Southeast markets
• Background in branch expansion or multi-market growth
• Strong professional mortgage industry network
