We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position in our Accounting + Finance industry, offering an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee our accounting department's daily operations. You will work closely with a team of accountants to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax audits.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts, report variances, and conduct a thorough review of all financial reports.Supervise and direct a team of accountants, fostering a well-organized and productive work environment.Ensure the company's financial systems, procedures, and controls are designed and working effectively.Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in strategic planning.Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Develop and implement accounting policies, coordination of systems and procedures, and the preparation of operating data and special reports as required.Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify developmental opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in a senior-level accounting or financial management role.Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.Proficiency in Net Suite ERP.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial colleagues.Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complex problems into simple solutions.A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality is crucial for this role.We are looking for an Accounting Manager who is not just a number cruncher but a strategic thinker and a leader.
