Loan Officer Assistant (Mortgage) – Encompass Required
Johns Creek, GA (In-Person) | Full-Time
Johns Creek Mortgage is seeking an experienced Loan Officer Assistant with strong Encompass experience to support a high-producing Loan Officer/CEO in a fast-paced, compliance-driven mortgage environment.
If you can manage a clean Encompass pipeline, track disclosures, and keep files audit-ready — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do- Manage loan files in Encompass from application through closing
- Prepare and track TRID-compliant disclosures
- Ensure files meet RESPA and CFPB compliance standards
- Order and track appraisals, title, VOEs, and third-party documentation
- Monitor loan milestones and maintain an organized pipeline
- Communicate with borrowers, Realtors, title companies, and internal teams
- Proactively identify and resolve compliance issues
- 3+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Processor
- Strong working knowledge of Encompass (Required)
- Understanding of TRID, RESPA, and mortgage compliance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple loans in various stages
