Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johns Creek, GA, for a Center Director at Ivy Kids Early Learning Center. The Center Director will oversee daily operations of the center, including managing staff, developing curricula, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with parents and families, training and supervising team members, and monitoring the overall educational and operational quality of the center.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance oversight
  • In-depth understanding of early childhood education, curriculum planning, and child development
  • Proficiency in parent communication, family engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, health, and safety standards in early childcare settings
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Relevant experience in educational administration or early childhood center management
  • Preferred qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and prior experience in a similar leadership role
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
