The sales consultant is responsible for providing customer support and lead generation. Window World is backed by JD Power and Associates as the #1 window company in America. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION! This position will be open in the middle of February.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the office on a daily basis
  • Facilitate lead generation through events, Hatch, and inbound leads via customer calls and walk-ins
  • Conduct all rehash calls including Did Not Sell (DNS), cancellations and no shows
  • Direct all new quotes to the General Sales Manager to be distributed between the Sales Team
  • Maintain a clear and updated Hatch board for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville
  • Respond to all store and customer emails within a 24-hour period
  • Perform outbound calls as requested by the Assistant Director of Customer Experience
  • Ensure that all stores have an acceptable cancellation rate
  • Responsible to be present at all home shows and festivals for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville
  • Perform Window World sales demonstration
  • Identify, discuss, and provide resolution for customer concerns
  • Provide customer support and follow up throughout the customer project
  • Work with customer service specialist to uphold the highest customer service standards
  • Keep a clean and tidy showroom for all potential guests
  • Assist all customers that enter the store with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
