The sales consultant is responsible for providing customer support and lead generation. Window World is backed by JD Power and Associates as the #1 window company in America. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION! This position will be open in the middle of February.
- Report to the office on a daily basis
- Facilitate lead generation through events, Hatch, and inbound leads via customer calls and walk-ins
- Conduct all rehash calls including Did Not Sell (DNS), cancellations and no shows
- Direct all new quotes to the General Sales Manager to be distributed between the Sales Team
- Maintain a clear and updated Hatch board for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville
- Respond to all store and customer emails within a 24-hour period
- Perform outbound calls as requested by the Assistant Director of Customer Experience
- Ensure that all stores have an acceptable cancellation rate
- Responsible to be present at all home shows and festivals for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville
- Perform Window World sales demonstration
- Identify, discuss, and provide resolution for customer concerns
- Provide customer support and follow up throughout the customer project
- Work with customer service specialist to uphold the highest customer service standards
- Keep a clean and tidy showroom for all potential guests
- Assist all customers that enter the store with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Independent worker who prefers to work alone
