Warehouse Packer

The Logistics Department requires a Code 10/14 Driver & Warehouse Packer who will be responsible for driving a truck. Tasks include, amongst others:

• Be responsible for the vehicle.
• Inspection of the vehicle and to report all faults.
• Loading and off-loading of various products, packing duties included
• Handle documentation
• Ensuring cleanliness of vehicle both internally and externally
• Ensure adherence to the Road Traffic Act
• Ensure the safety of other road users
• Abide by the regulations as set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act, company policies and the regulations of the road.
• Navigate your way around Gauteng area and once and a while do a long-distance trip

Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Valid, unendorsed license with valid PDP
• Code 10/14 License 2 years and older
• 2-5 years of driving experience
• A hands-on and practical approach to the job
• Must have at least 2 contactable reference

• Excellent state of health
• Hard-working and self-motivated
• Warehouse support by picking and packing of orders on days where there are no deliveries
• Prepared to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Safe driving record and clean criminal record
