Head of Operations

Job Description:

Responsible for building and premises maintenance and equipment maintenance

Procurement of raw materials for production

procurement of goods and materials from local and offshore vendors

Warehousing - implement proper and safe storage measures for all materials and products

Management of staff and contractors involved in warehousing

Liaising with shipping companies

Expediting and control of Inbound Shipping

Management and control of delivery contractors

Liaising with courier companies and coordinating deliveries

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Procurement or Finance

Must have experience coming from the Telecommunications, ICT, Networking space

Must have an understanding of OHS Legislation and regulations as applicable and quality (ISO 9000:2015)

Must have experience working on Syspro
