Dispatch Supervisor - Distribution

We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor based at our Head office in Denver. Create the perfect pool experience. • Inventory control
• Ensure that no substandard stock are loaded onto trucks at any time
• Ensure that the correct stock and quantity was picked
• Release stock to client/driver once stock was checked
• Accurate dispatching of stock to clients and drivers
• Route planning in the most economical way
• Product Knowledge
• Assisting with bi annual stock takes
• Interaction with customers and ensure no customer complaints relating to order accuracy, damaged stock, delivery not on time, stock availability.

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
• 3 - 5 years of supervisor and/or dispatching experience
• Knowledge of receiving, warehousing and dispatch(Exports requirements, Hazchem requirements, Packing requirements, )
• Business acumen
• Knowledge of inbound (Local) and outbound logistics for Local & International
• A high sense of administration
• Must be Bilingual
• Willingness to Learn
• Must have own Transport
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills and professional demeanor required
• Able to multi-task
• ERP (Syspro) experience will be an advantage
• WMS experience needed
