Club fitter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Fitter based in Randburg. The Club Fitter will be responsible for assessing and analyzing a golfer’s unique swing characteristics to recommend and customize the ideal golf clubs. Day-to-day tasks include working with customers to perform swing analysis, making adjustments to club specifications, providing expert advice on equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintenance of fitting tools and adherence to safety standards is also expected.

• Knowledge of golf equipment, club fitting techniques, and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions for customers
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively and professionally with diverse clients
• Ability to use fitting tools and equipment to measure swing analysis, and a detail-oriented approach to precision work
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for golf and familiarity with the sport’s technical aspects
• Previous experience in a club fitting or similar golf-related role is a plus
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in golf fitting or related areas is advantageous
